This underground wine cellar is located underneath the Restaurant, with over 400 different brands of wine from the main producers around the world. Made completely out of stone with wrought iron doors made by renowned Mexican artisans, decorated with candles and a rustic wood table for 10, at a controlled temperature, “La Cava de Santiago” is one of the most complete and elegant caves in the country.
Mexican, French, Californian, Australian, Italian, Spanish, Chilean, Argentinian and German wines from the most renowned wine-growing houses all come together into our wine menu, which offers the finest drinks that can be found in a wide range of prices that can adapt to any budget.
During 10 consecutive years, “La Cava de Santiago” has received the Award of Excellence, granted by Wine Spectator, being the only restaurant in all of North and South Baja California with such distinguished recognition.
The Restaurant’s clients may go down to visit the wine cellar to personally select the wines that will pair perfectly with their meals, in one of the most romantic culinary sceneries in the area, Pitahayas Restaurant.
